Here is how we have been rolling!

We have had a furious and wonderful October and speeding into the Month of November.  Not many post due to the fact that we have been playing very hard in the kitchens and packing the cars for the Fabulous Food Show at the IX Center In Cleveland starting this Friday.  We are very excited to have delicious tastings for our guest and a wonderful line of products, recipes and ideas to share.

Speaking of sharing here is a little of what has made it to our students and tables in the last 10 days.  I just wish there was a way to deliver a taste to each and everyone of you!  You will find many of these recipes on line at www.kitchensbounty.com..We started quick with a rolling of the eggs...spectacular Scottish Eggs (boiled eggs rolled in our fruited sausage a little bread crumbs and fried golden - plated here:

We then FIRED UP a Salad and brought it home in a phyllo purse...

Our Harvest Ohio Soup was lined up military style and delivered huge taste....

A Spiced Wine Sorbet revived the group....in a chilling way...

THE TURKEY WAS SQUARED!!! and the sauces were flowing! and bringing up the end was a
spicy little cake with a sauce of it's own.....


We love our work...every delicious morsel of it!!!  Oh, and we are always looking for more tasters?
